Orders, Shipping and Delivery
1. How do I track the status of my order(s)?
a. Visit the Delivery page
b. Enter your order ID and e-mail ID used during checkout
2. Do I have to pay any shipping/courier charges?
Shipping charges are waived off if your total cart value for products (not deals) is Rs. 500 or above. Shipping charges of Rs. 100 apply if your product cart value is less than Rs. 500. If shipping is within Mumbai city, there is no shipping charge for any order value.
3. What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?
Please don't accept an open or tampered package. Report this concern by filling up our Contact Us form with your order details and we will look at it immediately and get back to you.
4. Why have I not received my product yet?
Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We will send you an e-mail informing you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date.
5. Which courier company do you use for delivery?
We have tied up with a number of reputed courier partners. The courier service provider for your order is selected based on your location.
6. I want to ship something abroad. Can I do that?
We do deliver products internationally. You can, place orders, however courier charges will be informed seperately.
